This Pecan Streusel Pumpkin Pie Slab is larger and easier to serve than a traditional pie and can even be made in advance and frozen making it perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients for the Streusel
½ cup gluten free flour
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp cold butter. diced (3/4 of a stick)
6 oz pecans, chopped (about 1 ½ cups)

Ingredients for the Crust
1 ¼ cup gluten free flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
10 tbsp cold butter, diced (1 ¼ sticks)

Ingredients for the Filling
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin puree
2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp gluten free flour
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp salt
