Peanut Butter Brookie

Ingredients For the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
1 ¼ cups gluten free flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup peanut butter (192 grams by weight)
6 tablespoons softened butter
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 eggs
½ cup mini chocolate chips

Ingredients For the Brownie Batter
½ cup gluten free flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, room temperature
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
