1.5 cups of plain flour,
1.5 cups of whole wheat,
2.25 tsp instant yeast,
1.5 tsp salt,
1 tsp sugar.
5-6 tbsp of olive oil,
2/3rd cup warm water or as needed.
Mix the dry ingredients then add the olive oil into the warm water. Add the olive oil-water mix by little amount at a time to the flour mix while mixing the dough to soften it. Dust flour on the counter to mix the dough well, you can use some olive oil on your hand. Let it raise for 30 mins. Roll and bake 4-6 mins or till done on 425F.
