Chow mein noodles ready to use 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely minced (for the sauce)
Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely minced (for the sauce)
Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon (for the sauce)
Sweet and sour sauce/Tomato ketchup 3 Tablespoon (for the sauce)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (for the sauce)
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (for the sauce)
Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted and crushed
Green onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped

1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a cup.
2. In a mixing bowl mix the noodles, carrot, cabbage and bean sprouts.
3. Add the sauce and mix.
4. Then add the roasted peanuts and green onion and toss.

5. Serve as an afternoon snack or as desired.
